Open the DMG
Double-click the downloaded file, then drag PicGlide into your Applications folder.

Launch it
Open PicGlide from Applications.

Sign in and pick a folder
Log in with your email, choose the folder holding your shoot, and PicGlide starts making previews and uploading them.
